"Agnes Magyari is a brilliant photographer and artist. Agnes has been the official photographer for both our school and theatre company. Agnes' photography has been so beautiful and her work is world class. She has been shooting with us for more than a year and we feel so lucky and honored to have her work with us. Anyone who shoots with her will be very happy not only with the pictures she shoots, but with her as a person. She has such talent, sensitivity, kindness, and generosity. She is one of the finest photographers I have met. You will love working with her."

John Ruskin, owner of the Ruskin Theatre and School of Acting

"There are very few words that can translate into a worthy description of what Agi does with her camera. When I met her last year we casually agreed to shoot a couple of headshots in order to update my portfolio... She was amazing! My only hope after the session had ended and I saw the pictures, was that everyone else could experience what I did. I believe her strength as a photographer comes from her being such a genuinely good soul, that she is able to identify that good in her shots. Her pictures become a reflection of her own authentic nature. I was fortunate enough to experience it. Shoot with her and you will see."

J. Teddy Garces, actor, 2009

"I have worked with many photographers but Agi is without a doubt one of the best. She may be an expert and a professional, but her passion and love for her art as well as the true satisfaction of her clients is the most important factor for her and it shows through her work. She is a lovely person and I would work with her again and again throughout my career."

Aisha Duran, actress, 2010

"Agi, Darling, I have been doing this 20 years...I have never had a situation where I've taken headshots and had as much fun as I did, was as comfortable as I was and ended up with so many wonderful and usable shots. I'm blown away by your talent and very very happy. Can't thank you enough..."

In my mind headshot photography is more about the relationship between the actors and the photographer than about technology. In my sessions I use ambient lights and natural, inspiring environment to minimize the technical aspects of taking the pictures and allow the attention to be focused on the relationship. I do my best to create the atmosphere where you can relax, feel good and be yourself. As a result, my pictures are full of life, movement, they discover and capture something honest about you. I believe that is why they open doors...
